Navarre is the Health, Safety and Environmental Coach for Adaptive Clients. He does this alongside his Design Engineer work for a local engineering firm and his commitment to a local biostimulant & fertiliser manufacturing group.

Navarre enjoys Crossfit and mountain biking in his spare time and studied for his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in the USA. He has been back in New Zealand since 2021 and is enjoying the variety of work that he is currently doing.

Future study for Navarre is in the Environment space for the agriculture sector including measuring carbon levels in soil.
